Key Role: Enterprise Transformation Manager

Lead strategic growth initiatives for global businesses as a change management leader.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement large-scale international programs to deliver key strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation and buy-in.
  • Design and implement operating models and M&A type projects aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create program delivery roadmaps including resources, outcomes, schedules, costs, assumptions, dependencies, and integration plans.
  • Provide expert guidance in design and delivery, supporting the wider business.
  • Build strong relationships with senior business partners and vendors.
  • Maintain transparent communication of progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
  • Adhere to defined quality standards and governance structures.
  • Manage dependencies with other initiatives and negotiate resource requirements.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, with 5 years in designing and implementing operating model changes.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading complex programs across matrix structured organizations.
  • Proven track record in managing implementation with teams across different locations, including off-shoring/near-shoring teams.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and ability to drive sustainable changes within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, guiding colleagues, leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Highly resourceful with outstanding problem-solving skills, driving innovative approaches to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analytical and quantitative mindset, using data to shape direction and make informed decisions.
  • Change management credentials, leading people and clients through change journeys.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, operating at the C-Suite level.
  • Demonstrated experience in operating models and organizational change programs.
