Professional Services Sourcing LeadJob Description

The ideal candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of professional services, managing relationships with external partners to deliver business value and optimize costs.

This includes developing category strategies, creating RFPs, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial and legal contracting, as well as experience working with procurement tools like SAP/S4HANA or similar digital platforms.

The position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive informed decision-making. A high level of emotional intelligence is also necessary to build effective relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions.

The successful candidate will be able to navigate complex organizational structures and work collaboratively with teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement with a strong track record in managing professional services categories in a multinational or matrixed environment
  • Deep understanding of commercial and legal contracting, professional fee structures, and consulting engagement models
  • Familiarity with procurement tools like SAP/S4HANA, Jaggaer, Coupa, or similar digital platforms
