Job Description

\

This is a full-time role for a Procurement Specialist based on-site in Delhi. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement activities, and developing and maintaining relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories (e.g., IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing).
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in procurement management.
