Job Opportunity: Senior Healthcare IT Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare IT Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for the healthcare and life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical and functional projects, with a strong understanding of GxP, CSV, Clinical Trial Management, RTSM, and related tools.

Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale projects from estimation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies, guiding them towards continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management approaches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate project status and outcomes, ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development in technical and soft skills.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience as a Techno Functional Manager in the IT Industry, specialized in Healthcare and Life Sciences.
  • Proven track record of delivering large programs, with expertise in Estimation, Planning, and Execution.
  • Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, Clinical Trial Management, RTSM, and related healthcare domain-specific tools.
  • Excellent customer handling skills, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in Scrum teams, with knowledge of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
  • Fluency in 4/5 JIRA/Zephyr, Functional/Automation (4/5), and Domain expertise in Pharma R&D, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Pharma Supply Chain, GXP, Clinical Trials, and RTSM business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Domain expertise in Veeva Lifesciences or Oracle Lifesciences products.
  • Regulatory knowledge of FDA CFR Part 11 and ISO.
  • GAMP computer system validation approach.
