Job Overview

Senior Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of healthcare platforms. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the functional setup and configuration of healthcare platforms to meet client-specific requirements
  • Design and optimize end-to-end workflows for credentialing, incident reporting, and safety event tracking aligned with healthcare best practices
  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder interviews to translate business needs into system functionalities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand operational challenges and deliver tailored solutions that enhance compliance and performance
  • Support testing and validation of system configurations and workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify issues, establish objectives, develop recommendations, and implement solutions for our clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or operations
  • Hands-on experience on Tealium with MD-Staff, RL6, and HRP
  • Solid understanding of healthcare compliance, safety standards, and credentialing workflows
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with integration of healthcare systems and data exchange protocols
  • Familiarity with SMART Reporter, dashboard analytics, and reporting tools
