Job Title:

Field Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our service network and play a vital role in installation, maintenance, and technical support for our products across customer sites in India.

This is a field-based role that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair our products at customer locations.
  • Troubleshooting and Warranty Complaints: Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong and lasting customer relationships, especially with key stakeholders.

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial equipment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across India.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industry preferred.
