- Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct brands, gifting companies, event planners, and other relevant businesses.
- Provide Personalized Gifting Recommendations: Align gifts with clients' objectives and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Source Unique Gifts and Negotiate Pricing: Find distinctive gifts, negotiate prices, and manage customization to exceed client expectations.
- Develop Project Plans and Ensure Timely Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams, plan projects effectively, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct Quality Checks and Maintain Records: Conduct thorough quality checks, maintain accurate records, and generate reports on gifting programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Corporate Gifting or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong Communication, Organization, and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Knowledge of Branding, Marketing Principles, and Industry Trends.
