Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong knowledge of Tally to handle day-to-day accounting and billing activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth accounting operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit credit notes, and challans in Tally
  • Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely entry of transactions
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and expenses
  • Reconcile customer vendor accounts and resolve billing-related queries
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance preparation
  • Coordinate with sales, purchase, and dispatch teams for billing accuracy
  • Maintain proper documentation of accounts and support audit requirements
  • Generate periodic financial reports as required

Requirements
  • Graduate in Commerce or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime
  • Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounting principles
  • BASIC understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and billing, preferably in the manufacturing industry
