Accounting Operations Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards. We are seeking an experienced Accountant to lead our daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records and reports.

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger to maintain a clean and transparent financial picture.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and accounting standards to mitigate risk.
  • Assist in audits, internal and statutory, and coordinate with auditors to ensure seamless processes.
  • Mentor junior accounting staff and provide financial insights to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Professional certification (CA, ICWA, CPA) preferred for enhanced credibility.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant is required for this role.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and other accounting software is essential for efficient operations.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards is crucial for success.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
