Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art dialysis centre. As a Centre Incharge, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring smooth daily operations, supervising and leading a team of technicians, nurses, and administrative staff, overseeing patient care processes, and monitoring financial performance, inventory, and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and ensure smooth daily operations of the dialysis centre
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians, nurses, and administrative staff
  • Oversee patient care processes, ensuring a high-quality and seamless experience
  • Monitor financial performance, inventory, and resource utilization
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, SOPs, and healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with physicians, vendors, and management for operational alignment
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing healthcare or dialysis centres
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and patient care standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems
