• Provide shampooing and conditioning services to clients.">
• Use and sanitize hair tools as approved by the Category Head-Hair or Beauty Department.">
• Provide services such as colouring, bleaching, conditioning, permanent waving, straightening, and tinting.">
• Dry and style hair using brushes, combs, rollers, and other equipment.">
• Shave and trim beards and moustaches for male clients.">
• Guide clients on how to manage and maintain new looks after styling their hair.">
• Recommend Personal Care products for regular use.">
• Refer clients to beauty experts for hair and scalp problems.">
• Execute detailed hairstyles for special occasions, such as engagement, marriage, and stage events.">
• Regularly disinfect combs and rollers, and other tools after every session.">
• Co-ordinate with other hair stylists to handle instruments and equipment carefully.">
• Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the work area.">
• Be responsible for passing on lost and found items immediately to the Centre Manager.">
• Percolate training inputs and information on new trends to other hair stylists, as instructed by the Beauty Manager.">
• Maintain all necessary reports, paperwork, and documentation on a regular basis.">
• Attend all staff and training meetings as directed by the Centre Manager.">
• Ensure that all duties are carried out in line with policies, maintaining high standards of personal appearance and hygiene, and appropriate uniform.">
• Plan and execute events at the centre by developing and implementing strategies to select, segment, and target markets, and promote products and services to niche clients.">

  • Perform outdoor duties as and when the organises beauty events.">

Key Responsibilities:

The Master Hair Stylist will be responsible for providing high-end hair styling services to clients. This includes executing specialized hairstyles for special events, discussing and understanding clients' requirements, and providing advice on desired looks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Master Hair Stylist, you will be required to adhere to and propagate procedures defined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), use and sanitize hair tools as approved by the Category Head-Hair or Beauty Department, and provide services such as colouring, bleaching, conditioning, permanent waving, straightening, and tinting.

You will also be responsible for guiding clients on how to manage and maintain new looks after styling their hair, recommending Personal Care products for regular use, and referring clients to beauty experts for hair and scalp problems.
