Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a business research consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business research and consulting, with expertise in the chemicals and materials domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue goals by building effective relationships with clients and delivering high-quality proposals.
  • Participate in business development activities, including marketing outreach programs and the creation of industry decks, white papers, and case studies.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates, providing training and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Handle client communication, including kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, and feedback sessions.
  • Articulate complex technical and business concepts through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six years of experience in business research or consulting, with a focus on primary research and team management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, including sustainability, biomaterials, carbon neutrality, and digitization.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with expertise in market analysis, business analysis, technology analysis, and competitor intelligence.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and possess self-organization, planning, and attention to detail.
