We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's sales strategy. As a key member of our innovative team, you will be responsible for working closely with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in presenting our products and services, articulating their benefits, and building strong relationships with prospects to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Understanding: Deliver into client requirements and provide pre-sales support.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing proposals and quotations.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client specifications.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and materials.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and market trends.
  • Generate and track leads within our customer relationship management system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum experience in a Pre-Sales or Sales Engineer role.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services relevant to our industry.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
