Job Opportunity
As a skilled professional, you will play a vital role in transforming the way businesses acquire talent. You will work closely with industry experts to deliver exceptional service and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing operational support and administrative tasks within our vendor management system. This includes updating hiring manager information, cost centers, end dates, and customer-defined fields.
Enter new contractor profiles and assignment details into the vendor management system.
Assist Recruitment Program Specialists with contract extensions and ensure timely completion of necessary paperwork.
Conduct new hire orientations for contractors and liaise with managers, vendors, and security departments to ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Closely monitor work orders and ensure their closure in the VMS system upon notification of assignment end.
Ensure the security department is notified of assignment ends and collaborate with supplier partners to collect contractor hours and approve time by hiring managers.
Interact regularly with hiring managers, supplier partners, contract personnel, and other stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing.
Coordinate with supplier partners to expedite new hire paperwork and enable timely contractor start-ups.
Record client and supplier inquiries into designated tools or MIS systems.
Collaborate with peers to maintain data integrity and provide general program, operational, and system user support.
Adhere to client policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Proven expertise in using vendor management systems like Beeline or Fieldglass.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to document progress effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the contingent/contracting space.
