Power Engineering Sales Professional

At Power Engineering (India) Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team of professionals. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base by engaging with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our innovative solutions in the power engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Strategy: Identify and target new business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and work closely with our engineering and technical teams to ensure client specifications and requirements are met.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the power engineering sector, and use this information to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with technical teams, engage with clients, and maintain open communication channels to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and services.
- Industry Representation: Represent Power Engineering at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our brand, products, and services, and foster long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
