  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
Strategic Planning & Solution Design:

Leadership & Mentoring:
  • Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering from a reputable institution.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in telecom or RCS-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of telecom business models and digital communication trends.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and business documentation standards.
