Record To Report Leadership Role

We are seeking a senior management executive to drive process improvements and deliver high-quality results in our Record To Report team.

About The Role:

  • Leverage your experience in RTR (Record to Report) to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills with flexibility in work content and timings.
  • Develop and implement leadership strategies to motivate staff, enhance team performance, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve queries, improve processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in General Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Inter-company Period End Closing and Reporting.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of relevant experience in RTR in BPO environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, MBA - Finance, ICWA, or CA.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Report to Report, General Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
