Process Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a Process Equipment Specialist to join our team at Biocon Biologics. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our process equipment and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance of process equipment, including vial filling, vial washing, tunnel, and isolators.
  • Enter online checklists for preventive maintenance as per SOPs.
  • Attend breakdown maintenance in compliance with cGMP of process equipment.
  • FOLLOW cGMP, GDP, and safety guidelines while carrying out all activities.
  • Maintain good coordination with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Manage spares for all process equipment.
  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot clean room parameters.
  • Perform HVAC requalification tasks.
  • Communicate relevant EHS issues to concerned personnel.
  • Plan and prepare purchase requests with spare and work details.
  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC-covered equipment.
  • Documented preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Execute running projects, new projects, or plant extension works.
  • Prepare equipment qualification documents.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of process equipment and maintenance procedures. You should also be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
