Job Title: Data Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage master data including creation, updates and deletion to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Effectively manage users and user roles to optimize access control and data security.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance analysts to provide high-quality assurance of imported data.
  • Play a crucial role in commissioning and decommissioning of data sets to maintain data integrity.
  • Process confidential data and information according to established guidelines and policies.
  • Contribute to the development of reports and analyses by providing valuable insights and data analysis expertise.
  • Design and implement a robust reporting environment that meets business requirements.
  • Support the data warehouse team in identifying and revising reporting requirements to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives for data integrity and normalization to improve overall data quality.
  • Evaluate tests and implement new or upgraded software to support strategic business decisions.
  • Generate comprehensive reports from single or multiple systems to inform business stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assess changes and updates to source production systems to minimize disruptions.
  • Deliver training sessions to end-users on new reports and dashboards to ensure effective adoption.
  • Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining and data cleansing to drive business growth.
