As a skilled professional in data analysis, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of complex transformation programs within our data portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional and non-functional requirements across stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-asset IT teams to interface those requirements and deliver reconciliation solutions.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artefacts for development teams.
  • Understand user journeys end-to-end and provide advanced business knowledge and technical support.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 4-10 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills with experience covering activities like requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, database designing and data mapping.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) and ability to create high-quality data models following agreed data governance and standards.

You should also have:

  • Good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • A team player approach with self-starter mentality, problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration skills to deliver projects successfully.
