Lead Generation Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead the end-to-end lead generation cycle for top digital-first, e-commerce D2C brands, SaaS, and other high-growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently generate new sales leads through various communication & lead generation techniques to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Manage the entire lead generation cycle through outbound sales approaches.
  • Use diverse communication channels, including phone & email, to generate high-quality sales leads.
  • Build, maintain, and forecast a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly, monthly & yearly business goals.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills & handle objections effectively.
  • Stay self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Use persuasive techniques & timely follow-ups to engage clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of financial products' market demands & trends.
  • Align efforts with team & organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Prior experience in the Fintech / NBFC industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
