We are seeking a visionary and technically exceptional engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-wide intelligent search solutions. In this high-impact role, you will architect and scale AI-enhanced search platforms that enable scientists, clinicians, and regulatory professionals to access critical insights from vast and complex pharmaceutical data.

  • Lead by example, mentoring engineers, setting technical standards, and driving the vision for next-generation search capabilities.
Technical Requirements

Design and build robust, scalable, and intelligent search infrastructure using technologies like Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Solr, or vector-based search. You will assess current systems architecture, define future state of technology, and set best practices and coding standards.

  • Hands-on experience with various cloud services and an understanding of cloud design principles (AWS preferred).
  • Expertise in software architecture, system design, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience with API integration, serverless, and microservices architecture.
Qualifications

A Master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (preferred) with 12-15 years of software development experience or a Bachelor's degree with 11-15 years of experience.
