Enterprise Software Engineer Role

Our organization seeks an accomplished Enterprise Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

  • We require a seasoned engineer who can lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering exceptional code and best practices.
  • The chosen candidate will participate in hands-on technical leadership by actively contributing to coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
  • This position involves interacting with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating with internal and third-party systems.
  • Additionally, the selected candidate will work with messaging systems such as JMS, Kafka, or Kinesis for real-time data processing.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, and QA is essential to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Security, performance, and scalability are critical aspects of this role.
  • Proficiency in tools like Spring Cloud and Spring Integration is highly valued in this distributed systems architecture environment.

Technical Requirements:

  • A strong background in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate and Microservices is expected.
  • Familiarity with Spring Cloud and Spring Integration is preferred.
  • Experience with messaging systems like JMS (e.g., MQ, Tibco), Kafka, or Kinesis is necessary.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and interact with stakeholders or clients directly is essential.
