Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced team lead to manage our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of discipline within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze customer issues during onboarding calls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Audit teammate calls, providing constructive feedback to enhance overall quality and performance.
  • Deliver training sessions to new hires and existing team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Manage leave requests, track workload, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Prioritize conversion percentage improvement, aiming to exceed current benchmarks.
  • Maintain daily call targets, driving productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed customer information is provided, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, striving for higher audit ratings month-over-month.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a team lead or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong training and development skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
