As a key architect of our software ecosystem, you will lead the development of high-quality components and libraries for Windows developers.

About the Role

This position involves designing and developing scalable architectures with great fundamentals such as performance, power, and reliability. You will work closely with architects, senior engineers, program managers, and AI/ML scientists to build these architectures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software components and libraries.
  • Exposing capabilities via APIs that follow consistent patterns, are scalable, extensible, and maintainable.
  • Play a key role in open-ended explorations, prototyping, and identifying opportunities for our developers.
  • Collaborate with the team to learn and grow by working on innovative projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Solid proficiency in C and/or C++ programming languages.
  • Experience working on Open-Source projects in GitHub.
  • Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices.
