ERP Solutions Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned architect with 12–15 years of experience in ERP solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise in architecting end-to-end systems with strong domain understanding in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement enterprise-grade ERP solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Provide hands-on leadership across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Accounting, and HR modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
  • Lead integration strategy using APIs, middleware platforms, and cloud services.
  • Design custom extensions, performance tuning, and advanced data models.
  • Oversee seamless data migration and legacy system integrations.
  • Leverage cloud services for scalable solutions.
  • Extend ERP capabilities using low-code tools.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards and security best practices.

Accounting & Payroll Integration:

  • Implement and optimize modules for automatic bank feeds, invoicing, accounts payable, expense claims, and fixed asset depreciation.
  • Enable workflows for purchase orders, bank reconciliations, and business/management reporting.
  • Integrate payroll services, time & attendance systems, and HR insights into the ERP landscape for unified workforce management.
  • Support automation in HR operations through advanced use of low-code tools and ERP modules.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of ERP architecture, deployment practices, and cloud services.
  • Expertise in software development, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployment.
  • Familiar with integration tools, APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Experience with low-code tools and extending ERP functionality via custom extensions.
  • Strong business process understanding across finance, accounting, supply chain, HR, and payroll.
  • Effective communicator and leader, capable of driving architecture reviews and stakeholder presentations.
