What You'll be doing:

- Be the senior representative of the Enterprise Architect practice to aligning an organisation's technology and business strategies to achieve its goals
- Cultivate strong trusted working partnerships with key stakeholders, customers, and the wider Enterprise Architect team.
- Be an exceptional listener, reading between the lines and truly seek to understand stakeholder perspectives.
- Always being curious in understanding and challenge the business to get the 'why', 'what' and 'how' on investment opportunities and outcomes.
- An advocate for pursuing the preferred architecture and deliverables, balanced with budgetary and time pragmatism.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Persuade stakeholders to adopt proposed architectures by effectively communicating business value, demonstrating ROI, and managing expectations through strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Lead in designing and managing a framework for how an organisation utilises technology, and data to support its overall objectives.
- Develops and implements enterprise-wide application architecture strategies aligned with firm-wide objectives. Leverages business acumen and IT expertise to design and deliver strategic technology plans that enhance productivity, improve operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborates with other enterprise architects across the domains, as well as stakeholders (including data privacy officers, product owners, governance bodies and Senior business leaders like Partners and C Level Leaders), to ensure application solutions are aligned with business and technology strategies & Vision. Proactively identifies and mitigates technical debt and associated business/operational risks, seeking and documenting necessary exceptions where alignment is not feasible.
- Provides enterprise architecture governance on IT projects to ensure are in line with the company's overall objectives and improve business processes.
- Interface with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs) and application owners across Business Leads, Operations, Business Change in the designs and strategy of IT applications.
- Proactively identifies and escalates potential risks and issues to the appropriate teams for resolution and mitigation.

Requirements:

- Experience required: 18-22 years
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and Solution Architects and other Business leadership.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools and frameworks
- Working knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman etc.
