Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President of Global Total Rewards. This role is responsible for overseeing the company's operational compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and compliant with legal requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in compensation and benefits administration, with experience designing and developing compensation programs from scratch. They will also possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership and influence all levels of staff.

This is a results-driven role that requires the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced international environment. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and resourceful, with a passion for exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the company's compensation and benefits strategies are competitive and compliant.
  • Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Review and optimize benefit offerings to maintain cost efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide inputs to pricing on salary ranges and ensure compliance on actuals.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
  • Review incentive programs and drive standardization.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • 8+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with BPO industry.
  • Proven track record in HR disciplines including total rewards and employee relations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
