HitFame is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our affiliate and performance marketing partnerships, focusing on driving conversions for our Premium and Professional plans. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with affiliate ad networks, influencer marketing agencies, and digital publishers, as well as a proven track record of selling subscription products via commission-based models.

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager who can collaborate cross-functionally with our performance marketing, CRM, partnerships, and content teams to execute high-ROI campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, commission structures, and tracking mechanisms.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–12 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or growth marketing for apps, subscription products, or e-commerce
  • Strong network within affiliate agencies, ad networks, and influencer marketing agencies
  • Prior experience in selling digital subscription plans via affiliate channels
  • Familiarity with tracking platforms, mobile attribution, and CRMs
  • Demonstrated success in managing commission-based models with high ROI
