Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in MIS or Data Analysis.
  • A strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel (basic to advanced).
  • Good communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with customers.
  • A customer-first mindset and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement.
