About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead strategic initiatives that drive growth and expansion in our Hotels supply ecosystem.

This role will anchor the automation charter for the entire supply ecosystem, transforming data into actionable insights and driving adoption of analytics tools across the business.

The ideal candidate will lead the rollout of Tableau across the supply organization, design and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, and deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization.

Leverage your expertise in Python, SQL, and data engineering workflows to automate manual reporting workflows and strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth in room nights and gross merchandise value (GMV), while fostering strong partner relationships and expanding high-quality supply.

  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Lead the rollout of analytics tools and data visualization platforms across the supply organization.
  • Design and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and key result areas (KRAs).
  • Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization, and drive decision-making through metrics-driven analysis.
  • Automate manual reporting workflows using data engineering best practices and leverage tools and technologies to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams to accelerate growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading automation and driving analytics adoption, with proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and data engineering workflows.
