Job Description

Senior Project Management Professionals oversee the conception, planning, execution, and delivery of projects across their region, ensuring timely and financially viable completion.

This role involves building a strong and sustainable project management organization (P&L) and developing a long-term strategy for business growth. The successful candidate will drive performance excellence across their region by establishing effective governance systems, managing project profitability, and implementing robust project management practices.

  • To achieve these objectives, the role holder must meet quality standards, enhance customer satisfaction, foster positive stakeholder relationships, and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L management of projects, including margin and on-time delivery
  • Project Execution: Completion within budgeted cost and time, with focus on HOTO to OMS & Customer
  • Contract management: Zero Loss Due (LD) and timely contractual communications
  • Design Review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones
  • Implement and improve margin through cost optimization measures
  • Explore opportunities for additional revenue through additional scope, services, or claims
  • Manage all Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks affecting project delivery
  • Maintain relations with customers at all levels
  • Inculcate Safety & Quality culture - Zero fatal accidents, First Time Right, and minimal Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
