ERP Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven ERP project manager with a proven track record in leading end-to-end enterprise resource planning implementations.

This role is critical to the successful execution of complex, large-scale ERP projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for ERP implementations, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals and objectives, driving strategic outcomes.
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and stabilization, leveraging expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization post-deployment, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Communicate project milestones, status updates, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, minimizing impact on project timelines and budget.
  • Ensure ERP solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements, delivering seamless integration and data integrity.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
  • Deep understanding of ERP methodologies, system architecture, and integration points, with strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
