Project Manager - MS Dynamics 365 Finance

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale ERP programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings and document agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Evaluate and escalate risks and dependencies appropriately.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Familiarity with ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global environments.
