Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP management to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth workflow across departments, support users, and contribute to process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) is also required. Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports is necessary for this role.

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day ERP operations across modules
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent
  • Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
