Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned technical project manager to lead high-impact projects in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Develop and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Pursue areas for improvement and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards.
