The role of a Human Resources Business Partner is pivotal in driving the success of an organization through strategic and hands-on people strategies.
About the RoleThis position partners closely with key stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape critical HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.
- Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement, and cost for a fast-paced business.
- Engage and work with internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for Compensation and Benefits, Staffing, HR Systems and Services, and the business.
- Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices.
- Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
- Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
- Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and sound judgment.
- Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinker with a bias for execution.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
