The role of a Human Resources Business Partner is pivotal in driving the success of an organization through strategic and hands-on people strategies.

About the Role

This position partners closely with key stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape critical HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.

  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement, and cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engage and work with internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for Compensation and Benefits, Staffing, HR Systems and Services, and the business.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and sound judgment.
