Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of return on capital employed (ROCE) at product category, segment, and company level.
  • Perform sales analysis, including profitability by channel, region, state, supply chain, and customer for both domestic and export markets.
  • Develop annual sales plans with detailed SKU-wise, category-wise, and segment-wise sales value and tonnage projections.

Costing and Margin Analysis:

  • Prepare daily product costing sheets for marketing requirements and maintain actual monthly gross margin statements across various categories and segments.
  • Conduct bill of material (BOM) and gross margin analysis, including comparisons between nil margin and year-on-year performance.

Inventory and Revenue Reporting:

  • Calculate and analyze norms vs. actuals across SKU-wise, category-wise, and segment-wise levels.
  • Deliver timely revenue reports for senior management review and contribute to accurate inventory holding days reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
  • Professional certifications such as MBA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing finance or financial planning & analysis.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and advanced financial analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial planning software is essential.
