Job Title: FP&A Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team.

This role will be instrumental in business partnering, driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and creating efficiencies through optimizations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives including optimizations and cost control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Presentation of actionable insights to leadership to influence business decisions.
  • Support long-term financial strategy development and business planning.
  • Participation in strategic planning discussions with executive management.
  • Creation of interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus.
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
Soft Skills & Business Acumen:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and strong execution mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving clarity.

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
