Senior Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled mental health specialist to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for improving communities worldwide and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions online and offline with high levels of professionalism
  • Administering psychometric assessments, scoring, interpreting, and reporting results accurately
  • Developing and delivering specialized workshops and webinars that cater to diverse needs
  • Creating and implementing clinical protocols that adhere to industry standards
  • Conducting content research and development for proprietary products that meet client expectations
  • Monitoring and supervising online forums to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Leveraging leadership skills to train and supervise new team members effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MPhil in Clinical Psychology or Master's in Clinical Psychology with relevant work experience
  • Expertise in evidence-based psychological therapies and psychometric assessments
  • Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
  • A keen interest in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • An open-minded attitude towards learning and enthusiasm for industry trends
