**Investment Banking Specialist Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will have experience in trade settlements, cash settlements, commodity settlements, loan syndication, billing and brokerage, trade reporting, regulatory reporting, reference data, corporate actions, and security lending operations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting trade settlements and ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  • Managing cash settlements and resolving any associated issues.
  • Collaborating with the team on commodity settlements and loan syndication.
  • Handling billing and brokerage activities while maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing and submitting trade reports to relevant authorities.
  • Maintaining reference data and ensuring its accuracy and currency.
  • Coordinating corporate actions and advising clients accordingly.
  • Developing and implementing effective security lending strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in investment banking or related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
