Job Title: Payment & Billing Associate

As a key member of our Billing and Payments team, you will be responsible for verifying, recording, and updating customer invoice payments. You will also track transactions across various platforms, including Stripe, Paddle, and cryptocurrency systems.

  1. Verify and update customer invoice payments in a timely manner to ensure accurate financial records.
  2. Track transactions across multiple platforms, including Stripe, Paddle, and cryptocurrency systems.
  3. Monitor and manage disputes, chargebacks, and fraud cases to prevent financial losses.
  4. Validate cryptocurrency payments using advanced tools and techniques.
  5. Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records by implementing effective controls and procedures.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrency to effectively manage transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Technical background or familiarity with digital platforms is preferred.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

While not required, the following skills would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience with SaaS, fintech, or digital products.
  • Knowledge of anti-fraud, compliance, or financial risk management.
  • Prior remote work experience.
