Corporate Legal Manager

About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal professional to contribute to our lending ecosystem. This strategic role will play a key part in structuring, drafting, and negotiating financial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for co-lending transactions, securitisation, and debt instruments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide tailored legal support.
  • Interface with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely execution of transactions.
  • Evaluate all documentation against applicable laws, regulations, and RBI guidelines.
  • Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and compliance checks related to lending activities.

Required Expertise:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in lending/financial services.
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC / DA documentation, and debt/borrowing transactions.
  • Prior work experience in FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environments is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

You'll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to the growth and regulatory strength of our lending platform.
