Job Title: Project Management Leader

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in business administration, engineering, or technology.

They must have obtained the PMP certification and accumulated at least 7 years of experience in project management within a similar environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, taking into account resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze project metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or technology.
  • Certification: PMP certification.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within a similar environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Global Capability Center functions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, JIRA, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
