Job Overview:

The role of the Project Management Lead is to oversee multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results. This position requires a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Maintain open communication channels with team members, sponsors, and clients to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with various departments to provide necessary resources and support.
  • Analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team.
  • Present project status updates and recommendations to senior leadership and clients as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a dedicated project manager of teams of 10+.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drug development and market access.
  • Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, polished executive presence, and influence over C-suite client stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce/Hubspot.
