Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project planning, coordination, and implementation within the specified parameters. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a comprehensive project timeline
  • Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members on project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with assigned tasks
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee all MEP activities across projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems)
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations
  • Manage procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in MEP project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus
