Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Strategic Execution & Ownership
    • Maintain ownership of end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from planning to implementation.
    • Ensure strategic initiatives are feasible and scalable.
  • Founder's Office Project Management
    • Directly manage critical projects, ensuring proper tracking and monitoring of key milestones.
    • Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence
    • Facilitate seamless coordination between business & support functions.
    • Lead negotiations and discussions with partners, clients, and decision-makers.
  • Thought Partnership & Decision Support
    • Act as a trusted advisor for senior leadership on critical business decisions.
    • Apply structured problem-solving techniques and first-principles thinking.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Support the CEO and leadership team in enhancing their leadership effectiveness.
    • Work with HR and department leads to design performance metrics.
  • Strategic Communication & Brand Representation
    • Act as the communication backbone for the CEO, managing internal and external communications.
    • Represent the CEO and the company in key industry forums and public events.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Identify and drive improvements in business operations, focusing on efficiency and customer experience.
    • Oversee the integration of new tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Market Trend Analysis & New Business Development
    • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify and propose new business opportunities that align with the company's long-term goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar sectors.

  1. Strategic Execution Rate: Percentage of real estate projects delivered on time, within scope, and meeting key business outcomes.
  2. Leadership Alignment: Clear, consistent communication and collaboration within the leadership team to drive strategic goals.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Effective management of resources and timelines for high-priority projects across the organization.
  4. Change Adoption: Successful integration of new initiatives, technologies, and business models with high engagement and minimal disruption.
  5. Business Growth: Measurable improvements in revenue, market share, and operational efficiency due to strategic initiatives.
