Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent.

The successful Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Creating and delivering engaging job descriptions and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Leading the recruitment process, from initial screening to final interview and offer extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
