Job Summary:

Whizz HR is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead recruitment strategy and execution. This pivotal role oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates across diverse channels.

  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify workforce requirements, proactively planning and executing recruitment activities. Establish key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators, fostering a high-performing, efficient, and motivated unit. Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Oversee the identification, sourcing, and selection of qualified candidates for open positions. Utilize innovative methods, including social media, networking, and employee referral programs, to find exceptional talent.

Hiring Process Optimization: Ensure a seamless recruitment process, encompassing job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations. Partner with HR and hiring managers to streamline processes and maintain timely communication with candidates.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to define job specifications, determine candidate qualifications, and support job requisitions. Advise and educate hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company's employer brand by actively engaging with candidates and creating a positive perception of the organization as an attractive employer.
