You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs, providing support to learners, and coordinating with internal teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Learner Support: Serve as the point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries, guiding them through the program journey, and resolving issues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to manage program timelines, ensure deliverables, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as per business requirements.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in customer support with the ability to resolve inquiries professionally and effectively.
